The eastbound Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel will be closed Sunday from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. for tide gate testing.
The Interstate 64 west corridor will remain open, according to a Virginia Department of Transportation news release.
Eastbound motorists should use the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel as a detour during the closure.
The tide gate testing had originally been scheduled for May 11, but had to be postponed.
