I came in looking at Sportwagens. Tavis Tabb was extremely helpful and was the main reason I chose to come back to Checkered Flag over other local VW dealers. He was very patient, friendly, informative, and really spent a lot of time helping me. When I came back ready to make my purchase, Tavis was not in, and Jim Hanrahan assisted me. I found Jim to be every bit as helpful and friendly as Tavis. Jim spent a lot of time with me throughout the buying process, was very informative, and made sure I knew how to work all of my new vehicle's intricate electronics before I drove away.

Working with both Tavis and Jim, I never felt pressured to buy this or buy that, none of the uncomfortable pushiness I have previously associated with car shopping. Instead, both treated me with a great deal of respect and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the decisions that were in my best interest.
