I shopped at several dealerships before coming to Checkered Flag VW. I was immediately greeted by Duman and he took the time to ask what vehicle/options I was interested in looking at. He showed my multiple trim options and explained what features were available in each. He was extremely easy to work with, and was never pushy. In comparison with the other dealers/sales people I worked with before coming to Checkered Flag, there is no comparison with the level of professionalism I experience with Duman. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Checkered Flag, and in particular in working with Mark Helm. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which helped to keep things light. More than anything else, I appreciated how honest and up-front he was with me throughout he whole process. I always felt as if my experience was his top concern, even if something didn't necessarily benefit him or the dealership. I would definitely recommend Mark and Checkered Flag to my friends.
