Joel was responsive and caring. He listened to our needs and directed us to the appropriate vehicles. He was a perfect blend of caring and competence. Our experience with Checkered Flag was so positive. We were anticipating the salesmen to converge on us like vultures. Thankfully that did not happen. Our faith in the car salesmen has been renewed.
