Bob and Lamont deserve Five-Stars!

Bob was great! I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of throughout my car buying process. I felt as though I really was getting a fair and honest deal. I went to another dealership and was hounded over and over about buying a used car with 25k+ miles with less features for close to the same price. Even after I said I was just browsing and not looking to purchase tonight I was asked to sit down and talk financing. Needless to say I did not go back to that dealership. I went to checkered flag and was greeted by Bob. He was awesome! I was able to take my time and ask questions. Bob pointed out the differences in the models of vehicles and allowed me to make my own decisions without trying to get me into something more expensive. He truly listened when I told him what I was looking for. I did my financial paperwork with Lee, it was quick and painless. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I had prepared to spend all night there waiting but walked out less than 2 hours from when I walked in. Checkered flag gave me a great deal with the car, warranties, and maintenance plans. I am very happy with all aspects. Lee and Bob did a great job.

Lamont and the financing staff really listened to what our needs were in a vehicle as well as our financial needs. Lamont showed us the vehicle options that would work best for our family and would still work with our budget. We never felt pressured at any point to choose a specific vehicle or to purchase at all. It was a very stress free purchase experience. The financing office was great also. The over all experience was the best I could ask for from a customer service stand point, and believe me, that's saying a lot, because I've purchased many vehicles in my life time. I would recommend Lamont Williams and Checkered Flag VW to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
