Had my 2003 VW Beetle serviced Wednesday, 9/12/12. Alternator problem was quickly identified and repaired. Outstanding service received. There was an employee outside when I arrived early in the morning before the office was opened. He helped assure I had what I needed to complete the service request and asked if I would be needing a ride. I didn’t need a ride but the offer was nice. Great experience. Thanks

I am pleased to tell you that my visit for service regarding a problem with my tire pressure sensing system was fixed very rapidly at no charge to me and in addition my vehicle was given a quick wash job. Your/My service adviser Johnnie Landers always goes above and beyond what is required. Thanks.
